A Guards Red Porsche 911 in a private garage
Issue 001 · A home for cars that are loved

Your car has a story only you can tell.

AdmiredCars is not a classifieds site. It’s a home for the cars Ireland keeps in heated garages, polishes on Sunday mornings, and passes on only when the right person comes along.

“She came out of a West Cork garage in 2004. Three owners since 1989. I drive her on Sundays between Easter and October.”

The brief

Cars that are loved,
not just owned.

We sit in the mid to premium tier — €10,000 and above — where the car is never just transport.

It might be a Guards Red 911 that came out of a West Cork garage. A one-owner Type R with 41,000 honest miles. A Mk2 GTI somebody spent twenty years finding. These cars exist all over Ireland, in heated garages, driven on Sunday mornings, polished with products most people have never heard of.

They almost never appear on DoneDeal. Their owners aren’t ready to sell — they just want the car to be seen, appreciated, and someday, when the time is right, passed on to someone who deserves it.

AdmiredCars gives every one of these cars the profile it deserves. Not a listing. A biography.

911 Carrera 3.2

Guards Red, West Cork

Found in a heated garage outside Skibbereen in 2004, sold by the widow of the original importer. The original tool roll, the cardboard service booklet, and a bound folder of every receipt since 1989. I drive it on Sundays between Easter and October.

She isn't for sale yet. But when she is, I'd like her to go to someone who'll keep using her.

How it works

A profile.
Not a listing.

A hand polishing a black fender
  1. 01

Tell us how you found it.

Where the car came from. Who owned it before you. The day you drove it home. The story is the spine of the profile.

  2. 02

    Show what you’ve done.

Photos, video, the maintenance binder, the parts you sourced from Stuttgart, the upholsterer in Wexford. Every detail counts.

  3. 03

Let the right buyer find you.

Whether you’re selling next month or in ten years — or never — the right person can already be reading your profile.
